Return Policy: Should there be an error in your order we will gladly re-ship your product at no cost to you. If we are provided the incorrect address unfortunately, we cannot be responsible. Due to the fact that our cookies are perishable items, they cannot be returned. Our goal is that every customer fall in love with our cookies, but we understand that does not happen with everyone. If you do not like our cookies due to personal taste preference, we cannot offer a refund.
